What we collect
When you contact us, schedule an assessment, or engage us for a project, we may collect:
- Contact information you give us directly, including your name, email address, phone number, company name, and role.
- Business information you share during the course of an engagement, including details about your operations, workflows, and the problems you're trying to solve.
- Project data you provide to us so we can do the work, including documents, datasets, CRM exports, and any other material shared for the purpose of building or training.
- Basic website analytics, which may include your approximate location, device type, and how you navigate our site. We do not use this information to identify you personally.
How we use it
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and schedule conversations.
- Deliver the work you've hired us to do.
- Communicate with you about ongoing or future engagements.
- Improve how we run our business.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Full stop.
Project data and confidentiality
Any data you share with us as part of an engagement is treated as confidential. We use it only for the purpose of delivering the work you've hired us to do. When the engagement ends, we return or delete your data on request, and we don't repurpose it for other clients, training models, or anything else.
If a project involves us building a tool or workflow for you, you own what we build. That's core to how Catalyst works. We don't retain rights to the deliverable, and we don't lock you into ongoing subscriptions or dependencies.
Third-party services
In the course of delivering our work, we may use third-party platforms and tools, including cloud hosting, AI model providers, data enrichment services, and standard business software. These providers have their own privacy practices, and we select them with an eye toward security and responsible data handling. If you want specifics about which tools are being used on your engagement, just ask.
How we store and protect your information
We store information using commercially reasonable security practices. Project data is kept only as long as needed to deliver the engagement and honor our agreements with you. We don't keep data forever by default.
Your choices
You can:
- Ask us what information we have about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete your information.
- Opt out of any non-essential communications at any time.

Children
Our services are for businesses, not individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
